5th Annual Nature Art Exhibit Call for Submissions

It’s that time of year again, when we get to see the wonderful art that our members and community members have created. Whether you are an adult or a child, a beginner or a professional, bring in your nature art and we’ll put it up in the museum. In the past we have had a wide variety of art pieces from watercolor paintings of birds, to photographs of landscapes, to a katydid in pen and ink, to natural dyed weavings….any art that relates to nature, whether the subject matter is animal, vegetable or mineral. We need to see your work by the weekend of February 2nd/3rd. Any time before that is fine as well. By February 9th/10th the exhibit will be ready for viewing.

The museum will be open for free and you can come and see your work and the work of others. If you have any questions about the Nature Art Exhibit, please call the museum. Remember, anything that relates to nature is appropriate to bring in, as long as we can hang it on a wall! You can take home your artwork at the end of March.

Please make sure that every entry indicates your name, address, and phone number. Preferably, write these things on the back of your artwork. Thank you!
