Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration Confirmation: Due to the number of ticket requests we receive, placement is not guaranteed until you purchase your program or camp ticket and receive e-mail confirmation from or The Nature Museum. Confirmations of registrations and payment will be e-mailed within an hour of your payment. If you do not receive confirmation for a program that you have registered for, please email us at

Scholarships: Scholarship aid is available for Nature Museum programs. We encourage families who need assistance to submit a scholarship request to Museum staff.

Refund Policy: If you must cancel your participation in a Nature Museum public program, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund less a $5 processing fee. For cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the date, refunds will be made only if we are able to fill the space from a waiting list.

All refunds will be charged a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual program descriptions.

The Nature Museum reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If The Nature Museum cancels a program after you purchase a ticket, you will receive a full refund.
