Watershed Wonders

Spring in Vermont is a time of emergence, growth and change – all of which rely on a healthy watershed ecosystem. The wetland restoration and newly constructed pond in the Chapman Meadow represent the ideal outdoor classroom for learning about how wetland habitats serve as an important resource for plants, wildlife, and people. We’ll take a hands-on approach to exploring this unique habitat and learn how we can support our wetland plants, soils and wildlife, now and in the future.
