Fairy House Festival 2026

Follow a Vermont woodland path sprinkled with charming fairy houses for a magical experience of the natural world.
Each September, over 90 volunteers transform the woods around The Nature Museum into an enchanted village — tiny dwellings of bark, stone, and moss tucked among the trees, opening a portal to the living world all around us.
Walk the forested trail, build your own fairy house, and spend the day enjoying live music, bubbles, crafts, food, local vendors, and community.
The Fairy House Festival is The Nature Museum's primary fundraiser and a beloved autumn tradition.
