Un-Beelievable Beekeeping Workshop

The Nature Museum is dedicated to supporting the innate sense of wonder and the inherent connection people feel to the natural world. We believe that by helping people to better understand, appreciate, and experience nature, by strengthening connections between the natural and human environments, people will care more deeply for — and take responsible action to protect, preserve, and restore — the well-being of our planet.

We were in awe of the 63 dedicated folks who are living proof of this at Ross Conrad's organic beekeeping workshop this past Saturday. Our bee hive collected a lot of fruitful pollination! Thank you Ross for sharing your knowledge and expertise!

We'd also like to thank Mark Verespy for bringing the flow hive, and several local food purveyors, including Grafton Cheese, Blake Hill Preserves, and Flat Iron Exchange for providing refreshments.

If you attended, we'd love your feedback!
